ok, if 18xx are to go through analog lines and the rest through PRI
then it's simply
exten => _18XXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(zap/g1/${EXTEN})
exten => _18XXNXXXXXX,n,Hangup
exten => _1[2-79]XXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(zap/g0/${EXTEN})
exten => _1[2-79]XXNXXXXXX,n,Hangup()
