[Asterisk-video] Trouble making outbound h324m video call

Dear Klaus,

After changing pridialplan and prilocaldialplan to international and local
in zapata.conf everything works!
So you were right about the dialplan error in my pri debug. I can dial to a
3G phone and play a video or make a sip call to it, video works just fine...
