The SETUP message does not contain LCC. MAybe the patch is not applied
properly? Or wrong zaptel.conf config? Check the config of one of the
zap channels in the respective trunk, e.g.:

videogw*CLI> zap show channel 1
Channel: 1I>
File Descriptor: 17
Span: 1
Extension: >
Dialing: no
Context: frompstn
Caller ID: 00436648232115
Calling TON: 17
Caller ID name:
Destroy: 0
InAlarm: 0
Signalling Type: ISDN PRI
Radio: 0
Owner: <None>
Real: <None>
Callwait: <None>
Threeway: <None>
Confno: -1
Propagated Conference: -1
Real in conference: 0
DSP: no
Relax DTMF: no
Dialing/CallwaitCAS: 0/0
Default law: alaw
Fax Handled: no
Pulse phone: no
Echo Cancellation: 128 taps unless TDM bridged, currently OFF
PRI Flags:
PRI Logical Span: Implicit
H324M Signalling: use 'Low Layer Compatibility' IE
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

1. The line "H324M Signalling" indicates that the patch is applied.
2. It should show "use 'Low Layer Compatibility' IE"

Further, as Jose suggested make a proper zaptel config:
Ext: 0 TON: Unknown Number Type (0) NPI: Unknown Number Plan (0)

Unknown Number Type is ok, but I never saw Unknown Number Plan.

regards
klaus
