[asterisk-dev] agent logoff with active call

Hello,
whe i use agent logoff with active call the call is hangup in zap side but a sip channel is locked and i can't destroy it. The scenario is:
 - incoming queue call from zap.
 - sip interface for the agent rings
 - from console i use agent logoff Agent/5006
 - The call is hangup in zap side.
   The sip phone remains with a connected call.
 - I hangup the sip call.
 - from console i use show channels and appear:
    Channel              Location             State   Application(Data)
    SIP/1200-a02d        s at from-internal:1    Up      (None)
    1 active channel
    0 active calls
Any idea? Is that a chan_agent bug?
