[asterisk-dev] SMS question

hi
i have question for sms service
i have purchased a dedicated server in america (i'm italian), i have 
installed debian sarge and Asterisk 1.2.7.1. I have a contract for 
terminations call (ASTERISK->PSNT) with voipJet and others. Is possible 
to send the sms messages with smsq command or SMS() command with this 
terminations contract or i'm obliged to purchase hardawares?
Sorry if my english is orrible and if the question is stupid but i have 
created a very cool php service with asterisk and my dream is a 
communications with sms :-)
