hangup in zap side but a sip channel is locked and i can't destroy it. The

rings</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> - from console i use agent logoff
Agent/5006</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> - The call is hangup in zap
side.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> The sip phone remains with a
connected call.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> - I hangup the sip call.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> - from console i use show channels and
