[asterisk-users] Recording music in Queue

I know that this is a "feature"  but I would like to have the hold music
recorded while a person is on hold.  So I know the agent put them on
hold and not just muted.

I have

monitor-join=yes

monitor-format=wav

in my queues.conf

 

any ideas?
