When I took the 3 feet of analog cable out of my Telasip line the 
sound quality improved dramatically. I know everyone says echo is at 
the other end, but that change got rid of most of the echo. Before it 
was internet <> Sipura <> TDM04 <> * <> Aastra 480i, now it's 
internet <> * <> Aastra.  And Telasip is only $15/month. I'm about to 
dump my ATT Callvantage line for another Telasip line, just sad about 
having to lose the phone number, not sad about the improved voice 
quality and $15/month savings.
