64kbps at the UDP layer, but at the physical layer (after adding up all 
headers) it could reach 96kbps (worst case is ADSL with LLC PPPoE, where you 
have ATM+RFC1483+PPPoE+IP+UDP+IAX2 on each packet sent across your dsl 
connection. That can add up hugely.
