[asterisk-r2] Philippine PLDT MF-R2 experience

Hi,

Thanks so much for posting the settings. I will share ours when we have it
worked. Also, do you know how to setup fractional E1 mode, e.g. not all of
channels in E1 are utilized. I assume we just need to define the usable
channel ranges in zaptel.conf, right.
