[asterisk-r2] Philippine PLDT MF-R2 experience

just make sure that asterisk recognize OpenR2 during asterisk boot, i run into problems
compiling Asterisk-MFCR2 referencing chan_oss, I edited a Makefile for the compile to continue, I assumed that you have a running Asterisk OpenR2 installation, you need to adjust ANI and DNIS its default to 4 for my install, compiled working Asterisk w/OpenR2 for CentOS5 and Fedora10.


i have only the following settings:

/etc/dahdi/system.conf

span = 1,1,0,cas,hdb3
cas = 1-15:1101
cas = 17-31:1101
dchan=16
loadzone = ph
defaultzone = ph

/etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf

mfcr2_max_ani=15
