[Asterisk-video] h324m video on Sangoma E1 problem

Hi dhns!

I had best experiences with X-Lite and Eyebeam.

Disable Zero-Touch Abndwidth detection and set the network to "fast 
cable" - this will gibe you a video with bandwith suited for 3G.
