Thanks, it almost works now. 
The h324m_loopback works perfectly but when i tried to call my softphone via h324m_gw, i see video on my mobile but i dont see video from mobile on softphone (Ekiga).
Wireshark shows incoming video RTPs as: PT=Unknown
Outgoing RTPs are: PT=ITU-T H.263
