[Asterisk-video] Crash with Nokia 6280

Hi Francesco!

I have AMR working. It was just a small bugfix to Paul's patch for 
octed-aligned mode.

If you use the AMR patch from 
http://sip.fontventa.com/trac/asterisk/browser/amr and follow the README 
it should work. I have successfully tested with Nokia 6630 <-h324m_gw-> 
eyebeam (G.711)
