[Asterisk-video] app_rtsp and app_transcoder

dear list,
i've installed app_rtsp and app_transcoder and they seem work well. but when i try to make a call pointed to app_transcoder and app_rtsp from x-lite client i just got blank video. the video source is axis camera. 

i also recorded the call and have eyebeam recorded clip file (.AVI) with various length according to length of call.

any solution ?
