Remove the "allowrpid=yes" as this in incorrect.

In sip.conf for the extensions in question you'll need to set:

trustrpid=yes
sendrpid=pai

You want to use the PAI (P-Asserted Identity) method and not RPID, as 
the PAI method is supported by the Digium phones, and also Polycom or 
SNOM phones.

Requirements for that feature is that you need Asterisk 1.8 or greater 
(which it appears you have) and you need to make sure a "callerid= Blah 
<1234>" is set for those extensions.
