Why not just move them to Asterisk rather than just the reporting system, it
seems like more logical progression, although I would not go with a hosted
solution personally.

For questions like this (more Nortel than Asterisk), I use Tek-Tips, you get
some really, really smart people who are glad to help so long as you ask an
intelligent question, such as yours, just word it properly.
