[asterisk-users] new install of asterisk appliance.

This thread makes me glad that I've avoided the Asterisk Appliance and
Asterisk GUI. I have a similar installation using Astlinux and had not
trouble defeating the router function. With Lonnie Abelbeck's revised
web interface it's a pleasrue to configure.
