[asterisk-users] Queue calls drop to voicemail intermittantly

That’s what I thought, but they all deny that they are pressing any buttons on the phone.

Are the agents “ignoring” the calls while their ringing?

Can anyone tell me what might cause callers on hold in a queue to drop into agents voicemail boxes?
