Hi Steve!

Well, I never did anything special. I just compiled the zaptel drivers
normally and patched them with the Sangoma drivers. The calls worked
immediately. Keep in mind that they came from the PBX through the
asterisk and to the PSTN. So the asterisk box was just "relaying" the
call over ISDN. I did the exact same thing for the new version of
drivers but surprisingly the calls stopped working.

I never installed anything special or followed any manual to get this to
work. It just worked.
