[asterisk-users] No dialtone, just directly busy

That's exactly what happens:

When I pick up the handle, this is what I get:
     -- Extension 's' in context 'from-inside' from '11' does not
exist.  Rejecting call on channel 0/2, span 2

Do you know what to do in the dialplan?
