The telcos generally drop battery for a short time (500ms?) when the far
end hangs up. After that they usually play a message for s time, then
play a "howler" tone. The SIPura should detect the battery drop and
hang up the line.

Analog FXS ports on PBXs usually do not drop battery. The usually play
a congestion tone (fast busy).
