[Asterisk-Users] Called party number

I have trouble getting ${EXTEN} or ${DID} when receiving incoming call from
TE110P in Japan.
Does anyone have idea how to fix this?
Is this because TE110P does not support INS1500 as switchtype?
pri debug does not show "Called Number".
