I'm using the PRI to Ethernet bridge from Cisco. It's call a 2800 router
with a T1 card.

Of course, if my router dies, I'm SOL. I could have two routers and balance
calls across them. Of course, any active calls to the dead router would be
lost, but it's pretty cheap, all considering it uses SIP.
