[Asterisk-Users] Polycom: Button Remapping, HELP!

Do you already have an <ipmid></ipmid> block in your sip.cfg?  add the 
<keys ... /> in there:
Try putting:
<ipmid>
   ...
   ...
   <keys key.IP_500.31.function.prim="SpeedDial" 
key.IP_500.31.subPoint.prim="3"/>
</ipmid>
