My guess is your ISDN provider is putting the callerid in
the call.
Here in The Netherlands you can disable it by dailing
*21*telephone_nr
If I don't provide callerID in * for the outgoing call KPN
(my ISDN provider) will inject the contract callerid in the
call.
Maybe your provider is doing something simular.
