Asterisk will handle is just fine, if the provider supports it. You
need to ask customer service at your provider.

As a general rule the pay-per-min providers don't care (since if you
have more calls they make more money), but unlimited type accounts
usually either won't allow it or any call over the first becomes a
per-min rate.
