Sure, get channel banks.
Channel banks take a t1 and break it down to fxo or fxs ports.

You can get an Adit 600 that will handle at least 48 ports.

You can 4 t1 port cards or 1 t1 port cards.
Digium or Sangoma are popular.

Sangoma will have the 8 t1 (a108) port ready in 6 to 8 weeks. With echo
cancellation.

Wonder if anyone has tried the DS3 from Sangoma...
