at risk of getting flamed here.  the guys that showed at Astricon 
(www.aheeva.com) sound tailor made for what you are looking for, especially 
if you are behind a time crunch already.  they have already put the dev 
hours into the softphone/management/etc. that are probably req. for this.

to all that are trying to make a buck selling their services to folks like 
this I apologize.

BTW-this probably should be posted to the -biz list, not the users list.
