As mentioned, the T100P does not require PCI-X slots, but anyone who 
does want a single CPU P4 800MHz FSB motherboard, with 3 x 3.3V, 64 bit, 
66MHz PCI-X slots, should have at look at this one from Supermicro:

I mention it as there aren't many boards in this class.
