Yes, and the DID pricing varies dramatically due to the individual tariffs
(rates) that each 'local' exchange has, verses the competitive toll business.
I.e, every mom and pop telco has a different DID rate. (And, if you get to
know some of them, they might just couph up other unpublished rates. :)
