[Asterisk-Users] Broadvoice

That was a shot from the hip if I ever saw one.  Broadvoice changed
configs recently, in order to accommodate * users better.  This change
broke a previous fix that some * users were using.  They're not out of
business, and, as far as I know, they probably won't be anytime soon.
