Following works for me (I have a IP600)
At web interface (Registration1):
Display Name: Rich Adamson
Address: 1234 ;your extension
Auth User ID: 1234
Auth Password: 1234
Label: 1234
At sip.conf
[1234]
type=friend
username=1234
secret=1234
