Damon,
Take a look at http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0001082
([post-1.0] [patch] Add Pre Acknowledgement Message to AgentCallbackLogin)
Take a look at Anthm's comments and patches. The patches might not still
apply cleanly to CVS HEAD...
