Strange... I still have this problem even after firmware upgrade to .31

I did upgrade firmware ... 
The reason I was not able to upgrade it with upgrade program is because
I had "Upgrade Enable" set to NO. ;)

Above seems to work ok now... PORTS are kept alive...
