Greetings

What would it take (all hardware etc..) to setup * on a 
prepaid card server.

I have an * server a T1 and TDM10B card, thus allowing 24 
simultaneous calls I guessing I need a VoIP Termination 
Provider (eg:  NuFone, etc..)

How do I print and create the cards, and what are the 
requirements,  and how do I setup * to handle the billing, of 
minutes used, etc.. or does this not exist yet ?
