Several people may be familiar with Phreaknic in Nashville. We tend to
tak over an entire hotel for a weekend. Price for Phreaknic is ~$8k.
This is the upfront cost. Once the rooms are paid for some money comes
off, T-shirts pay back most if not all of their own costs. Con price is
$20 per person period. We have been getting 350-400 people per year.
Rooms are $62/per night. Oh and we have had Mark for the last two years
too.
So far Phreaknic has been close to break even the last few years. It
wouldn't take much to make it even.
