[Asterisk-Users] Anyone with experience with polish PTSN?

Hi,
Is there anyone with experience with polish PTSN network,
Asterisk and Digium cards on this list? I need to setup
minimal Asterisk configuration to exepriment with.
Here are my doubts:
 o Are Wildcard X100P/E100P cards compatible with polish PTSN network?
 o Where to buy them from?
 o Have Digum cards been approved
   by polish telecomunication authorities?
 o Any suggestions?
