You could always create a rule to match any-e-thing 3 or 4 digits, that 
always forwards to the receptionist

[match_all_local]
exten => _NXXX,1,Goto(receptionist|s|1)
exten => _NXX,1,Goto(receptionist|s|1)

[trunk]
include => localnumbers
include => match_all_local
include => international
include => longdistance

[default]
include => trunk
