[Asterisk-Users] Grandstream BT100 -> Asterisk -> Voipjet ..... Noring ring when making a call

We get this all the time. We use Cisco 7960's connected to a local asterisk
server via SIP which pushes it via IAX2 to another Asterisk server which
then pushes the calls out a SIP PSTN gateway.

Anyways, sometimes when we call people, we don't hear ringing. It's not
always, it's 1 out of 10 calls we don't hear ringing. But the phone on the
other end is ringing.

It works in reverse too. 1 out of 5 callers won't hear ringing while our
phones ring. I've tried putting the ,r after the Dial command, tried ,m and
have tried nothing, to no avail.

Noring ring when making a call

Hi All,

I'm sure this is something simple that I have missed somewhere. When I make
a call using BT100 over IAX2 with Voipjet terminating I don't get a ringing
sound whilst I'm waiting to be connected. The destination party can answer
the call (they do get ringing) and conversation can take place. I don't get
this problem with X-Lite softphone?

Any help appreciated - and a very merry Christmas to all the * people out
there

Chris

PS: Voipjet rocks!
