	When you have at least one POTS line, use a Sipura 3000.  It doesn't 
matter if they have PRI, all Voip, or xyz.  Connect a standard telephone 
to the FXS on the Sipura, and when the power goes out you will still 
have dialtone.  Share that line with your fax machine or use it with *, 
either way you can make sure that you at least have SOMETHING when the 
power goes out, * server blows up, etc...  And, it isn't completley 
useless because * and the 3000 go together quite nicely.  For 
residences, keep one POTS line for now.  SBC in Wisconsin charges $13 
for a basic line connect.  Call it cheap insurance.
