[Asterisk-Users] Problem installing Software Fax SpanDSPsupport into Asterisk

I Have the same problems a week ago.

1. For me it helped to change the following lines in the Makefile

app_rxfax.o: app_rxfax.c
	gcc -O2 -g -Iinclude -I../include -c -o  app_rxfax.o app_rxfax.c

to

app_rxfax.o: app_rxfax.c
	  gcc -D_GNU_SOURCE -O2 -g  -Iinclude -I../include -c -o  app_rxfax.o  
app_rxfax.c


also

app_txfax.o: app_txfax.c
         gcc -O2 -g  -Iinclude -I../include -c -o  app_txfax.o app_txfax.c

to

app_txfax.o: app_txfax.c
         gcc -D_GNU_SOURCE -O2 -g  -Iinclude -I../include -c -o   
app_txfax.o app_txfax.c


2. Be sure to make asterisk from the "asterisk" directory, not from the  
"apps" directory!
