[Asterisk-Users] Bridging Calls

I have a project I am trying to implement in Asterisk that I cannot seem to
find a solution for.  I have 2 IAX calls, 1 is incoming and is on hold, and
the second one is an outgoing call created using a call file.  Is there any
way to bridge these calls together, so that instead of both of them having
endpoints within the system, they are connected to each other.  I would
prefer not to use MeetMe because it will never be more than a one to one
connection.  Anyone have any suggestions?
