Then a few days later I had more than someone else complain about seg 
faults and when asked if they installed a distro specific install, they 
answered, yes...Then, again, after deleting that distro specific crap 
and actually installing the actual Open H.323 and PWLib from 
openh323.org and following the build instructions layed out by 
Equivleance did they get chan_h323 to work.

This patch will break non-distro specific installs, thus will NOT be 
merged. Plain and simple..  I follow the lead of Equivelance, the people 
that actually created Open H.323 and PWLib, not some lame distro manager 
who thinks they know someone elses code better than the people that 
actually wrote it.
