Sure, because library name from pure pwlib and h323 is _crazy_
Now - look into my patch... I said that it's to use with openh323 and 
pwlib from distros...

Every distro adds some patches - mostly doing good things...

I've read it some time ago. There is nothing specially interesting...

Being honest this document is ... not good... like whole library.
I was making some packaging job with openh323 and pwlib for PLD, I had my 
chance to take a look into this piece of crap...
