Whether on T100P or T400P it should work the same. Also the D4 AMI is
just implementation details, not important to the functioning of the E&m
wink. I used to have E&M wink on my MCI line, but we have since moved to
PRI. E&M works fine, but one thing that some of our customers like is
that it takes less time to connect when it is PRI than E&M wink.
