[Asterisk-Users] It's true - Nikotel charge for not-completed calls

Unless iconnecthere has changed something recently, they do the same thing.  I dialed a number without the leading "1" and ich tried
to make an international call.  No one answered because it was an invalid number
but they still charged me for an international call.
