[asterisk-ss7] E1 configuration params

Hi,
    OPC is pointcode
    Link Type is itu
 SLC=1 or 0(make it default for provider end ) set your SLC=1
teleservices (ts) indicating ( make it default not required in asterisk
configuration file )
