To be correct, we have in Europe the feature to send specific CallerIDs
set by the customer. This is usually the number, if enabled, would be
signalised to the B-Party.
But the last switch before the B-Party must know the real origin, not
the one which is represented to the B-Party (for example for toll-free
numbers)
