We have talked to Andrew Gillis at Fonality and he is working on an
update for trixbox that will include the new code.
LumenVox is distributing the new patch on our FTP site for those that
have purchased LV ports and the connector for regular Asterisk users.
Thanks to Josh for the new patch, which fixes a number of issues users
have reported. I strongly recommend installing the patch if you are
currently using LumenVox on Asterisk.

Hiya Steve,
The issue has already been fixed in the 1.2 patch distributed with the
Lumenvox connector and in the 1.4 and trunk branches. Trixbox may be
including an older version where the issue still exists. You may want to
see if they have an update available, or make it known to them that this
has been fixed and should be included. It's a simple change and can be
seen in revision 45106 for 1.4.
Good luck!
